At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), AIMobile introduced AIM-Edge ncox powered by the new NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ system-on-module.
AIM-Edge ncox features 4GB LPDDR4 memory, 16GB eMMC, 4K video decoding/encoding, 2 RJ45 and M.2 SSD extensions. Designed for bringing true AI computing to edge applications, it supports rich I/O with low power consumption, such as USB 2.0/ USB 3.0/ Micro HDMI/ PWM/ GPIO (DO)/ RJ45(Giga ethernet) etc. Wall-mounted brackets and fan-less design make it easy to install in harsh environments.
With this announcement, AIMobile, an edge AI innovator in the market, offers the following three systems powered by the NVIDIA Jetson edge AI and robotics platform for use in smart factory/ smart transportation/ smart security.
AIM-Edge ncox: Light, thin and short, it can be applied to various venues, especially using next-generation Jetson Orin NX inside. Orin NX compute performance up to 100 (S) INT8 TOPs and 50 (D) INT8 TOPs enables users to run multiple neural networks in parallel and process data from multiple high-resolution sensors simultaneously. It also offers a unique combination of performance and power advantages with a rich set of I/O, from high-speed CSI and PCIe to low-speed I2Cs and GPIOs. It’s a perfect fit with embedded and edge computing devices that demand increased performance but are constrained by size, weight, and power budgets.

AIM-Edge aioox: All-in-one industrial AI box for outdoor applications, based on high-performance Jetson Orin NX for use as multi-cameras and also portable platforms to embedded Microsoft Azure docker containers for developers. It enables quick implementation of AI applications inside. It can also combine 5G for Enhanced Mobile Broadband, Ultra-reliable and Low Latency Communications and Massive Machine Type Communications.
